Summary: Our room was ill-equipped with threadbare towels, no wash cloths, bath mat nor body wash. This is the only time ive stayed in a hotel that did not have an iron. The bed was creaky and uncomfortable with three super thin pillows provided on the king bed. I still don't understand how this hotel has good reviews.

Summary: Both people I interacted with at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I did not see an elevator anywhere, but maybe we missed it. The heat was on full blast when we entered our room even though it was 90 degrees outside which was pretty uncomfortable and frustrating at first, however the room cooled down quickly with the AC. Each bed only had two pillows and they were small and flat so be sure to bring your own. The free breakfast was tasty and the room was clean and generally comfortable, overall this was a good experience for the price.

Summary: The air barely work and it made terrible noise . We wait 10 min for someone to come check in bc they watching tv and eat in the back instead of coming up! The bathroom had some suspicious holes in the tube! The bathroom an odder, the beds were not comfy

Summary: The staff did the best they could, but it was not overall a pleasant stay. Despite their best efforts to keep people from smoking, you could smell marijuana smoke coming through the vents, and the lock on my first floor window had been removed so that the previous occupant could presumably smoke out of it. The manager was able to install a lock on the window upon request, but overall, not a great place in not a great part of town. The breakfast was... present, and I guess you get what you pay for. There is also no elevator, which is a consideration if you have a lot of heavy bags. I switched to the first floor for that reason. Unfortunately, would not repeat.
